Director of the Research Division with the Monroe Institute Ross has several decades of experience in neuro-physiological research and consciousness studies. Ross, along with his colleagues is involved in a longitudinal study involving the collection of EEG data during Monroe Institute’s Discovery Program. This work continues to yield significant differences in EEG amplitudes across participants during RV/OBE target hits/misses.
