Judith Pennington is a writer, teacher, mind researcher, and a world authority on EEG and the Awakened Mind. Founder and director of the Institute for the Awakened Mind, she is a certified consciousness trainer and co-developer of the research-grade Vilistus Mind Mirror 6. The author of two books on meditation and mind expansion, she trains Awakened Mind practitioners throughout the world, produces a monthly webinar, and publishes an e-newsletter titled “Eureka Times.” Her research, published online and in journals, focuses on the brain waves of altered states and high-frequency gamma waves. She has collaborated with the Monroe Institute in its Discovery program since 2017.
